About Performance Marketing at Dat Bike

We are looking for a Performance / Optimization leader with a successful track record to join our team. The person will be responsible for planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximise ROI across paid channels. This is an important role in scaling up Dat Bike’s marketing efforts across all digital channels.


Media Planning:

  • Creating and executing a strong digital performance marketing strategy.

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.

  • Develop annual and quarterly media plans, and translate them into weekly and daily tasks with proper budget allocation.

  • Ensure successful planning, execution and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.

  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet and try to exceed established critical metrics.

Digital Campaign Execution:

  • Responsible for execution, day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets against set objectives.

  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the results.

  • Write content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages.

Report & Analytics:

  • Analysing and optimizing our digital executions.

  • Create rigorous A/B testing strategy so that we are always learning and finding new wins.

  • Generate campaign reports and implement key learnings for upcoming projects.


  • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including:

    • At least 3-year experience in marketing team or media agency background.

    • At least 3-year experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads.

  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

  • Experience in Website Analytics.

  • Highly goal-oriented individual.

  • Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.

  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.

  • Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop at the max speed.

  • Have ability to work under pressure.

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Good English.
