We are looking to hire an experienced Production Engineer Manager to plan and develop methods to improve manufacturing processes. The Production Engineer Manager 's responsibilities for reviewing the manufacturing budget, determining resource allocation, and ensuring that production schedules are on track. You can also be involved in designing and engineering infrastructure equipment for production lines. You should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

This position is in support of manufacturing operations temporarily in Dat Bike Factory associated with be prepare for new product program. You will be recruiting and leading a team of manufacturing engineers, providing general engineering assistance to manufacturing, quality assurance, and other engineering functions at that site. Your team will be primarily manufacturing engineers, but may include industrial engineers, tooling or equipment engineers within the larger Production & Industrial Engineering team.

Technical leadership and aptitude is essential for success in these roles along with the people leadership skills to develop and inspire a diverse team to reach a shared goal and vision. Strong candidates will have demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers, as well as strong problem solving skills, willingness to take initiative, and the ability to work across multiple functions to lead the development and implementation of production system solutions.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production & Industrial Engineering.

Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Screening, recruiting and training new engineers.

Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.

Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.

Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.

Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

Motivating factory engineers, technicians to continually achieve factory targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering.

5+ years experienced as a Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager

Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with computerized materials control programs.

Proficient with Office software or similar software.
