You will be in charge of managing a Dat Bike’s store to drive sales revenue and constantly increase customer experience at the store.

About the role

Be responsible for P&L at the store

Achieve and exceed sales goals through store operations and effectively product pitch

Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services

Implement all operational policies and procedures to achieve the business goals

Oversee the operations and appearance of the store (opening, closing, security, cleaning, merchandising, inventory), ensuring facility maintenance and store presentation adhere to the brand standard

Manage customer experience at the store, providing test ride and exceptional customer service to visitors/customers

Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the store

Manage customer escalation quickly and effectively

Work with the Marketing team for marketing activities at the store

Recruit, train, and develop employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner and consistently perform to company standards

Requirements

2+ years of experience in similar positions with proven track record to meet and exceed goals

Can think critically and extract signals from noises quickly

Goals driven

Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills

Superb organizing and operational skills

Highly detail-oriented

Able to work both individually and in a team environment

Fluent in English

Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus
