Minimum 2 years project management and/or site acquisition/rental experience. Prior work in retail development as a project manager or site acquisition manager is preferred.
Ability to travel (30-50%) required.
Established record of accomplishment managing and delivering multiple projects ahead of schedule while adhering to the highest quality and standards.
Aptitude in communicating and building relationships with property owners, local jurisdictions, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have.
Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo.
Critical thinking and good problem solving skills.
