About the role

Plan sales and customer service target for each team based on company's annual goal

Work closely with Sales and Customer Service team to assign and/or adjust target for each team and person

Budget for Sales and Customer Service team, including salary, commission, sales stack

Build KPI and scorecard for each team/sales/CS person

Work with vendors (banks/payment/logistics) to reduce sales cost


Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience working in a business analysis/ sales planning/ business strategy or similar role

Analytical mindset, with proven track record in using data to build sales plan (including sales target allocation and cost optimization) and measure its efficiency

Ability to come up with optimal solutions to business problems within resource, operational and time constraints

Data driven in both decision making and performance measurement

Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Strongly result-driven and action-biased

Proficiency in data analysis & data visualization tools (Excel/Google Sheet, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
