  • Lead online and offline sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals

  • Build performance metrics and measurement systems to measure the effectiveness of the team

  • Create, revise, and standardize SOPs for the sales team

  • Develop training programs and coach the team to increase selling capabilities

  • Analyze data related to lead funnel, find the problems, and suggest solutions to improve conversion rates at stages

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives (new stores, etc.)


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Substantial understanding and knowledge of omnichannel strategy and execution with national retailers across multiple channels

  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and objectives in a business with ambitious growth aspirations

  • Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have

  • Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo

  • Excellent communication, time management, organization and presentation skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Versatile and results driven

  • Ability to travel (10-30%) required
