Responsibilities
Lead online and offline sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals
Build performance metrics and measurement systems to measure the effectiveness of the team
Create, revise, and standardize SOPs for the sales team
Develop training programs and coach the team to increase selling capabilities
Analyze data related to lead funnel, find the problems, and suggest solutions to improve conversion rates at stages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives (new stores, etc.)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Substantial understanding and knowledge of omnichannel strategy and execution with national retailers across multiple channels
Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and objectives in a business with ambitious growth aspirations
Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have
Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo
Excellent communication, time management, organization and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Versatile and results driven
Ability to travel (10-30%) required
