As a Assistant Brand Manager at Dat Bike, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand image, equity, and boosting sales. You will support on major brand projects, and critically, you will proactively lead and coordinate integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration among marketing team members, agencies, and other departments. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the successful business through achieving defined objectives.

Brand Strategy Development & Execution:
Conducting in-depth research and analysis of consumer insights, staying updated with market trends and competitors' offerings.
Participate in the development of long-term brand strategy, positioning, and creative platforms, acting as a custodian of the strategy in all brand activities.
Assist in developing and implementing the integrated annual commercial plan for Dat Bike.
Integrated Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Proactively manage and coordinate brand-building projects, from planning and progress tracking to reporting results, ensuring projects stay on track and meet objectives.
Act as a bridge, gathering inputs from other marketing team members, agencies, and relevant departments (Marketing, Sales, and others) to ensure campaigns are executed cohesively and effectively.
Directly participate in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on the most relevant and modern touchpoints with.
Support in the creation of Launch plans for new models and other brand campaigns.
Asset Production & Media Channel Management:
Take primary ownership for the production of assets for chosen brand-building activities, including marketing materials (POSM, presentations…) and digital assets.
Support in auditing the content produced by other team members, overseeing media plans and ensuring they correspond with brand goals.
Partnership Development & Agency Management:
Investigate partnership/cooperation/sponsorship opportunities, assisting in developing and implementing long-term execution plans.
Develop and maintain relationships with, and manage external agencies/vendors cooperating with Dat Bike in the marketing area.
Budget Planning & Optimization:
Support in managing project and activity budgets, planning them, and reporting monthly deviations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing KPIs for all activities, following up on results, presenting findings, and implementing learnings for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 680+ or IELTS 6.0+.
Skills & Competencies:
2-4 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role, preferably within FMCG, automotive or a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of branding principles, market research methodologies, and consumer behavior
Strong planning and execution skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented.
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
