The Bike Service Quality Audit Lead ensures that all service centers and technicians adhere to quality standards and compliance protocols through audits, training, and improvement projects.

• Conduct regular audits of service centers and assess compliance with service SOPs.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement initiatives.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to service centers.

• Work closely with the Training and Operations team to refine processes.

• Service Centers: Enforce quality guidelines.

• Training Team: Identify skill gaps for improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in quality control or technical service auditing.

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of servicing SOPs.
