As a Growth Marketing Expert at Dat Bike, you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation and full-funnel marketing strategies. Unlike traditional digital marketing, this role is deeply analytical, agile, and focused on fast, measurable impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, brand and content teams to test new channels, optimize the user journey, and scale what works.
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
Design and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Own and optimize full-funnel initiatives—from awareness to conversion to retention.
Launch rapid experiments across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, partnerships, referral loops, offline activations).
Identify and prioritize scalable growth opportunities based on data and market signals.
2. Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Map and optimize the conversion funnel, reducing drop-offs and increasing key actions like test-ride registration, store visits, test rides, and online contacts
Design and execute A/B tests and conversion experiments to continuously improve key metrics, and drive continuous iteration based on performance.
3. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
Analyze campaign and channel performance using tools like Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
Turn user behavior data into actionable growth insights.
Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as CAC, Digital ROI, conversion rate, retention, and revenue contribution.
4. Collaboration & Experimentation
Coordinate and manage partnerships with agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for digital growth.
Work closely with product, brand and content teams to brainstorm and execute growth experiments.
Collaborate with sales/store teams to integrate digital campaigns with on-ground activations (e.g., livestreams, TikTok commerce, O2O).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, Marketing or related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing.
Proven experience launching and scaling high-performing acquisition channels or growth loops.
Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with growth tools: GA4, Meta/TikTok Ads Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL basics).
Familiarity with CRM, email automation and marketing automation flows.
Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask across experiments.
Creative mindset with an experimental, test-and-learn approach.
