As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Dat Bike, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer acquisition efforts and driving revenue growth through data-driven experimentation and continuous marketing campaigns. You will learn and practice hands-on execution and in-depth analytical skills directly from the Growth Marketing Expert. You will work cross-functionally with Sales & other members of Marketing team to execute experiments, optimize the user journey, and scale effective channels.
Growth Strategy & Execution Support:
Assist the Growth Marketing Expert in designing and implementing growth marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business and revenue goals.
Participate in the execution and optimization of full-funnel initiatives—from awareness to conversion and retention.
Help to analyze data to identify and prioritize scalable growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization Support:
Participate in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Support in mapping and optimizing the conversion funnel, reducing drop-offs and increasing key actions like test-ride registration, store visits, test rides, and online contacts.
Assist in designing and executing A/B tests and conversion experiments to continuously improve key metrics, and drive continuous iteration based on performance.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting Support:
Analyze campaign and channel performance using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Transform user behaviour data into actionable growth insights.
Support in building and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs such as CAC, Digital ROI, conversion rate, retention.
Collaboration & Learning:
Assist in coordinating and managing partnerships with agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for digital growth.
Collaborate with Sales/Store teams to integrate digital campaigns with offline activations (e.g., test ride event, O2O).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Data Analyst or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 680+ or IELTS 6.0+.
Skills & Competencies:
Maximum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing. Fresh graduates (with intern experience) are also welcome.
Basic experience in setting up and optimizing common paid ad channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable presenting insights and influencing cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with an experimental, test-and-learn approach.
