• Work closely with Sales team to arrange delivery to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery

• Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) Team to pick up and e-bikes from customers

• Manage and track e-bike inventory, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation

• Follow up shipment information (expected shipment schedule, booking status, payment terms, special requirements…)

• Identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during delivery or pickup

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Service Teams

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns

• Maintain accurate records of delivery and pickup activities, including documentation of any issues or exceptions

• Conduct monthly and quarterly logistics warehouse inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed

• Other tasks

  • Build report Tracking lead time delivery, tracking cost and mistake of logistic vendor . Suggestion and improve Logistic process, Logistics SOP

  • Contribute and/or lead projects/tasks as assigned by the Logistics Lead.

• Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging.

• Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.

• 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics field.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Time management.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.

• Experience in working with SAP, ERP is a plus.

• Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
