As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in our Plant Maintenance Engineering team, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to develop your technical skills and knowledge in maintaining and optimizing our plant's equipment and facilities. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial setting under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• Learn and understand the operation and maintenance requirements of various plant equipment, including but not limited to machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and utilities.

• Assist in conducting routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant operations.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

• Participate in the planning and execution of maintenance activities, including shutdowns, overhauls, and upgrades, while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record maintenance activities, update equipment records, and generate reports for analysis.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance technical competencies and stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices.

• Support cross-functional teams in projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and environmental sustainability initiatives.

• Uphold a strong commitment to workplace safety by following safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and promoting a safety-conscious culture among peers.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics categories

• Zero years of professional experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
