As the Manufacturing Program Manager at Dat Bike, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of multiple manufacturing programs and Projects. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving manufacturing issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in Program management, problem-solving, and leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and upholding the company's reputation for delivering high-quality electric vehicles.

1. Ownership, Collaboration & Driving Results. 

2. Be the Member of cross-functional teams Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Manufacturing and Safety to enhance plant performance and optimize processes & complete project on scheduled timeline.  Creat and implement contingency plans to address potential risks.

3. Identify gaps in the system and establish steps to mitigate them.  Help set processes in place for efficient execution, report any red flags, and take initiatives to work with CFT to plan/mitigate/solve impediments to achieve objectives while adhering to strict deadlines/requirements on Quality, Cost & Delivery parameters.

4. Transparent Reporting: Provide clear and comprehensive updates to Manufacturing Head on project progress, risks, and resolutions. & also communicate project updates to stakeholders in all levels.

5. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide production, Quality, Maintenance and Manufacturing engineering teams as per Manufacturing Head guidelines to maintain a high-performance culture, ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering innovation.

6. Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks in project execution and decision-making processes to safeguard company objectives.

7. Train team on best practices to optimize production and improve quality.

8. Apply lean manufacturing processes to enhance quality, reliability or Cost effectiveness.

9. KPI-Focused: Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve key performance indicators related to project implementation and operational targets.

• Experience: 10-15 years in manufacturing operation, or similar roles with a strong track record of successful project execution at least 8 Years of experience as a Program Manager in a similar automotive sector.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) or an MBA, PMI certification.

• Manufacturing Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management, and plant management.

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

• Transparency & Integrity: Strong commitment to maintaining transparency and upholding ethical standards in decision-making and reporting.

• Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the leadership team.
