Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across both direct-to-consumer (D2C) stores and dealership channels, spanning both online and offline platforms. The National Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and establishing Dat Bike as a leading brand in the electric vehicle sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure team success.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key dealerships, distributors, and strategic partners to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales strategies for both online and offline channels, leveraging data analytics and market insights to optimize performance.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market differentiation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience with proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the automotive, consumer electronics, or related industry in similar positions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Experience in both online and offline sales channels, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and retail operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with sales analytics tools is desirable.
