Develop and implement sales policies: Design, implement, and continuously improve sales policies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all sales operations.
Sales process optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity. Standardize workflows to enhance team efficiency.
CRM & system management: Maintain, optimize, and enhance the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and integration with other tools. Provide support to the sales team for CRM-related issues and improvements.
Process management: Develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations. Ensure consistency and scalability of sales processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or process optimization roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and sales process automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
