• Lead the S&OP cycle including data collection, running pre-S&OP and monthly S&OP meetings.

• Continually review the S&OP process to ensure it continues to be up-to-date with current best practice and suitable for business needs.

• Develop planning tools and framework to determine material requirement and material stock projection.

• Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production requirements and address operational risks.

• Develop and maintain material plans to ensure production requirements are met while minimizing excess inventory.

• Analyze production schedules and material requirements to ensure timely procurement of materials.

• Work with Purchasing team ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any material shortages or issues, monitor inventory levels & maintain appropriate stock levels.

• Manage material forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date demand projections.

• Identify and resolve material-related issues that may affect production timelines.

• Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.

• Coordinate with production teams to adjust schedules based on changing demand, capacity, and material availability.

• Track and optimize production performance, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and throughput.

• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, sales) to align production plans with business requirements.

• Ensure that production plans adhere to the company's quality standards, lead times, and cost constraints.

• Analyze production performance data to assess efficiency, throughput, and delivery performance.

• Lead regular meetings with cross-functional teams to review production schedules, material requirements, and inventory management.

• Generate reports on production status, inventory levels, and material planning metrics.

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in related field.

• 5+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, supply chain or a related position.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Office software and material management systems (Odoo, MRP, SAP etc…)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
