As a member of the Product team, you'll bridge the gap between technical teams and the rest of the company, and between our products and external users.
You'll analyze all customer product quality feedback, leveraging data analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights to drive continuous product improvement. You’ll ensure everyone in the company is on the same page about product quality performance.
Working closely with engineers, you'll stay on top of product updates, features, and releases. Your role will encompass ensuring everyone stays informed about changes, fostering a deep understanding of our products; both internally and externally.
Build and manage a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to track all customer product quality feedback.
Analyze customer feedback data regularly and on-demand (periodically and ad-hoc) to identify trends and generate actionable insights for product quality improvement.
Improve and maintain product quality dashboards to provide the Quality team with real-time visibility into product quality performance.
Collaborate closely with engineering to stay abreast of product updates, features, and releases.
Craft clear and informative internal newsletters to keep employees informed about product improvements and new features.
Empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams by providing them with the necessary product information and materials to effectively communicate engineering changes to external users.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.0+.
Maximum 3 years of experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong written communication.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from mistakes.
Proactive and result-driven, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
