The Project Manager - Network Development owns the end-to-end execution of every new store launch, starting from the moment a dealer contract is signed and ending with a fully operational store. This is a cross-functional leadership role that ensures all aspects of the launch, including design, construction, inventory, training, IT setup, and branding, are delivered on time, on budget, and to Dat Bike’s standards.
You will be the single point of accountability for delivering new dealer locations, aligning internal stakeholders, managing external vendors, and ensuring every launch meets our brand and operational expectations.
You will report directly to Director of Sales and CX.
End-to-end project management
Take full ownership of the store launch process post-deal closure until handover to Sales and Operations.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for each dealer location.
Ensure all launch milestones - site readiness, branding, inventory delivery, training - are completed on time.
Identify risks and bottlenecks early, and drive proactive resolutions to keep launches on track.
Cross-functional leadership
Act as the central liaison across internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Bike Service, Supply Chain, and IT.
Align stakeholders on responsibilities, deliverables, and deadlines for each launch.
Report progress, escalate issues, and ensure transparency across all project phases.
Dealer onboarding & experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for new dealers during the setup phase.
Coordinate all onboarding activities, including documentation, operational guidelines, and system access.
Ensure a smooth and professional dealer experience throughout the setup and launch journey.
Store setup & readiness
Manage contractors and vendors for store layout, buildout, signage, and infrastructure.
Coordinate delivery and installation of demo vehicles, parts, POS systems, and brand materials.
Conduct pre-launch audits to ensure operational readiness and brand compliance.
Post-launch handover
Finalize all handover documentation and training.
Ensure seamless transition to Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Experience teams for post-launch operations.
Capture and share learnings to improve future launch playbooks.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.0+.
Maximum 3 years of experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
Strong planning and execution skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Frequent nationwide travel is a must to ensure campaign effectiveness and in-store excellence.
