Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Oversee and manage sell-in and sell-out processes within the region to ensure sales targets are met.
Work with dealers and D2C stores to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the region.
Dealer & Distribution Network:
Identify, win, and onboard new dealers to expand the regional distribution network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve sales results.
Marketing & Promotions:
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor national campaigns to the region's specific needs.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to the Head of Sales.
Monitor sales performance against targets and propose corrective actions as needed.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ year experience in similar position, preferably within the automotive/motorcycle or tech industry.
Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes.
Experience in managing dealer/distributor networks and direct-to-consumer channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the region as required (50%-70%).
