1. Strategic Operations

• Develop and implement frameworks to monitor and optimize efficiency, compliance, and customer experience across retail and dealership operations.

• Design and refine processes and policies to align with corporate identity, operational standards, and financial controls.

• Lead the optimization of DMS and SAP systems, addressing inefficiencies and driving automation to improve performance.

2. Monitoring and Compliance

• Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure operational excellence and strict adherence to policies.

• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for strategic improvements.

• Drive and oversee the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring measurable and sustainable results.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Revamp existing processes and policies to adapt to business growth and changing demands.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and adoption of improved practices.

• Lead initiatives to enhance system efficiency, process automation, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

• At least 5 years of working experience in retail operations management.

• Proven expertise in process design, compliance monitoring, and operational optimization.

• Strong leadership and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and enterprise systems.

• Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have.

• Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Information Systems.
