• Search, evaluate and compare potential suppliers with each other in terms of quality, standard, price, capacity.

• Initially build technical standards, product quality, terms of purchase, shipping, payment with supplier before handing over to purchasing activities.

• Participate & coordinate in the development of the vehicle and its components.

• Sampling, testing and quality assessment of samples from supplier.

• Coordinate with manufacturing on assembly process, quality standards and material planning during Sourcing and product development.

• Build, update and transfer the final list of supplier & vendor information to the production & purchasing department.

• Responsible for controlling and reducing the BoM cost of the vehicle. 

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain & logistics or related field preferred.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Procurement Associate or in a similar position.

• Proficiency in office and purchasing software.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Supervisory and management experience.

• Attention to detail.

• Salary: negotiable.
