Develop & execute recruitment plans
Collaborate with Hiring Manager to build an effective recruitment plan:
Check Headcount plan for each position according to recruitment requirements.
Analyze recruitment requirements & position, and provide advice to the Hiring Manager.
Determine appropriate recruitment channels, budget, lead time, and appropriate recruitment steps.
Propose & implement the recruitment plan.
Interview and assessment
Screen candidate CVs.
Conduct an initial phone interview.
Arrange interviews with the Hiring Manager.
Evaluate candidates and update the status of each interview round.
Communicate with the Hiring Manager to select candidates and finalize income levels by position.
Conduct negotiations with candidates.
Sending candidate Offer emails and updating employee status after Offer.
On boarding
Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare support equipment (computers, uniforms...).
Design Welcome OB for new employees and announce it on the internal communication channel.
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop an integration onboarding training.
Follow the probationary status of employees during the probationary period.
Experience in Talent acquisition/Recruitment with 1+ years at manufacturing or tech industry, prefer both Tech/Non Tech.
