We are seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant Manager with both strategic vision and operational rigor to lead localized trade marketing initiatives across Vietnam. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales & Customer Experience, and is responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives and respond to the unique dynamics of local markets.
You will be expected to think strategically, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence and drive conversion at the point of sale, while also being relentless in execution, ensuring every campaign and asset lands flawlessly in-market.
Lead the development of localized trade marketing strategies tailored to regional market insights, sales performance, and consumer behavior.
Partner with Retail and Dealership Management leaders to identify growth opportunities and co-create activation plans by city, region, or store type.
Align local plans with national brand strategy, ensuring consistency while maximizing local relevance and impact.
End-to-end campaign execution
Design and manage full-cycle execution of trade campaigns, from concept to deployment, covering promotions, in-store activation, demo days, and events.
Ensure precise execution across multiple locations, working closely with regional sales teams and external vendors.
Track campaign performance using structured KPIs and continuously refine based on insights and feedback.
In-store excellence & asset management
Own the development and localization of POSM materials, ensuring they meet both brand standards and store-specific needs.
Manage the production, distribution, and installation of trade assets across Dat Bike stores and dealer locations.
Conduct regular audits to maintain in-store consistency, visibility, and brand integrity.
Dealer & partner enablement
Build strong working relationships with dealers and sales partners, equipping them with the tools and training needed to execute trade plans effectively.
Develop incentive programs and communication strategies to keep partners engaged and aligned with campaign objectives.
Gather feedback and act as the voice of the field to inform future trade strategy.
Cross-functional leadership
Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and CX to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Own trade marketing reporting to the Director of Sales & CX, providing strategic recommendations and improvement plans.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing, preferably in FMCG or automotive.
Proven ability to design and lead localized marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Excellent project management and execution skills - organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable presenting insights and influencing cross-functional teams.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.0+.
Frequent nationwide travel is a must to ensure campaign effectiveness and in-store excellence.
