Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager at Dat Bike, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials to the production. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse organization, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

1. Supervise input, storage, and output of materials and finished goods, ensuring “one part, one location” storage practices.

2. Maintain spares inventory for outdated models to support after-sales requirements.

3. Visualize and design an efficient warehouse layout for streamlined operations.

4. Conduct 100% monthly inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and stock availability.

5. Implement and enforce FIFO to maintain product quality and reduce obsolescence.

6. Maintain accurate counts and calculations of all inventory.

7. Schedule and oversee daily activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and 5S practices.

8. Monitor stock levels, request restocking as needed, and identify hindrances such as material delays or shortages.

9. Update management regularly on inventory discrepancies and potential supply chain challenges.

10. Ensure compliance with laws, guidelines, and safety standards.

11. Use SAP systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate operational reports.

12. Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

13. Develop initiatives to optimize logistics operations and reduce waste.

14. Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

15. Promote a collaborative, safety-focused team culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Manager in warehouse operations.

• Proficiency in SAP systems for inventory and logistics management.

• Expertise in inventory auditing, counting, and calculation.

• Deep understanding of warehouse safety, 5S practices, and the FIFO concept.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

• Experience in hi-tech, consumer goods, or the automotive industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
