• Run the demand planning model to forecast spare-parts needs across company-owned stores and dealers — anticipating demand ahead of time rather than waiting for requests.

• Maintain the planning inputs (consumption history, installed base, lead times) so forecasts stay accurate.

• Consolidate requirements, coordinate with the factory warehouse to bring parts into central stock, and create stock transfers to regional hubs and dealers.

• Process dealer purchase orders for spare parts.

• Run the monthly dealer warranty reconciliation according to procedure — verifying returned-part information with the hub service managers and preparing files for approval.

• Collect and analyse operational data and build regular reports — including parts fill rate, damage recovery rate, and related metrics — flagging anomalies for management.

• Escalate any reconciliation that reaches a high value or an exceptional case to the appropriate manager for approval.

• College or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years in materials planning, supply-chain coordination, or spare-parts operations; experience running a demand-forecasting or planning model is a strong plus.

• Advanced spreadsheet skills (formulas, pivots, large datasets); comfortable operating a forecasting model in a spreadsheet.

• Strong data-analysis and reporting skills; able to read operational metrics (fill rate, inventory, recovery rate). Basic SQL/BigQuery is a plus.

• A planning mindset — anticipates demand instead of reacting to it.

• Able to read and understand the names and basic construction of motorcycle / electric-bike spare parts. No repair skills required.

• Strong process discipline, honesty with data, and an orderly way of working.
