Business Analytics & KPI Monitoring

• Monitor key metrics: Sale-in, Sale-out, demand forecasting, and revenue across all channels (D2C, dealer, online, B2B).

• Analyze sales performance by store, region, and product category.

• Track electric motorcycle market trends and evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness.

Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Design real-time KPI dashboards and create periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).

• Build comprehensive performance analysis across sales channels.

• Prepare executive summary reports for senior management decision-making.

Data Management & System Integration

• Build ETL pipelines from CRM, DMS, and ERP systems to create single source of truth

• Maintain data quality and optimize dashboard performance

• Provide BI tools training and support to sales teams

Predictive Analytics & Strategic Insights

• Forecast demand based on seasonality and market trends

• Analyze customer lifetime value and provide business improvement recommendations

• Support strategic decisions for store expansion and product development

• 3+ years experience in Data Analytics/BI, preferably in automotive or retail industry

• Expert in SQL, Python/R, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

• Experience with ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred)

• Strong business acumen to translate data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for all stakeholder levels
