Sales Reconciliation Specialist

Demand & Production Planning

• Collect demand from all channels (D2C, dealer, online, B2B) and coordinate with Supply Chain for JIT production scheduling

• Adjust production plans based on real-time demand changes and market trends

Distribution & Inventory Management

• Allocate electric motorcycles and accessories to all sales channels per production schedule

• Monitor delivery compliance and resolve issues (damages, shortages, delays)

• Control inventory levels at stores and dealerships to prevent stockouts/overstock

Order & Payment Reconciliation

• Reconcile orders and track payment status across all sales channels

• Calculate and reconcile sales commissions, bonuses, promotional programs, and warranty costs

• Coordinate with accounting for receivables management

System & Reporting

• Maintain data accuracy in DMS, ERP, and CRM systems

• Prepare periodic sales performance and distribution reports by channel

• 2+ years experience in sales operations, supply chain, or manufacturing (automotive/motorcycle preferred)

• Understanding of JIT model and supply chain management

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/CRM systems (DMS, SAP)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
